Here's how it works:
You select 2-5 posts from the LA River X collection in the Western Water Archives. You can find your own, or ask curator Tilly Hinton to create a shortlist of options for you.
You write a mini essay about why you chose those posts and what thoughts and reactions they provoke for you.
Your perspectives are added to the LA River X collection, and are archived in the Western Water Archives at The Claremont Colleges Library.

Write your mini-essay for the website and Instagram. Your length limit is 600-1,200 words.
